If you’ve been curiously watching the comings and goings in the space between The Black Truffle and Liquorland, wonder no more. Here’s what’s going on….
It’s been a crazy year for the team at The Black Truffle. We’ve staged more in-store events, sourced more gorgeous artisan products and catered more functions than ever before. In fact, we’ve become so busy, we’ve simply outgrown our humble little kitchen.
The solution? Create a new Kitchen HQ!
Located right next door, Kitchen HQ will open this month in time to support our avalanche of Christmas catering commitments. It will be a state-of-the-art commercial space that allows us to produce even more healthy, wholesome, home-made deli treats and heat and eat meals, including gluten and dairy-free options.
Through the new kitchen, we’ll also be expanding our catering options because what’s a party without food, right? Kitchen HQ will deliver everything from fancy high teas through to corporate get-togethers and glamorous cocktail soirees with food options ranging from lunch and breakfast-inspired platters through to opulent grazing tables, gourmet salads and delicate finger foods.
Finally, the new space will also include an event showroom. This will launch early in the New Year and is intended for intimate events, masterclasses, food talks, meet-the-maker morning teas and more. In a nutshell, the function space is designed to celebrate all things food-related and will be available for private bookings on request.
And if you’re wondering about our existing little store? It’ll be business as usual inside The Black Truffle delicatessen and providore where we’ll continue to serve Fremantle’s best coffee, the tastiest home-made meals and an ever expanding range of gourmet gifts, pantry staples and nibbles.
