When you ask, The Black Truffle aims to deliver, which is why they’ve launched their new Grab & Go range of meals.

Regular customers may have noticed change is afoot at The Black Truffle.
They’ve expanded, both physically into the space next door (more on this in an April blog) and also through their instore offering.
Most notably, ‘The Truffle’s’ new Grab & Go range of meals have landed. Owner, Jo Stevenson, says busy customers have requested fresh, healthy meals they can snap up on the run, especially during peak times when the deli is under the pump, so that’s exactly what they’ve created.
“At our core, our company values and commitment to providing healthy, home-style food remains unchanged,” she begins.
“But we are evolving, and the Grab & Go range of meals is a great example of how. Through the range we are able to offer people more dietary options, including low-carb and carb-free alternatives to our gourmet rolls, bagels and panini.
“The other advantage is added convenience. Those who are on the run can simply select their favourite meal from the fridge without having to wait for deli service. They’re designed to be eaten cold, so they’re ready to go.”
The selection of Grab & Go meals change daily, are made fresh in-house and include new protein-based salads, breakfast bowls, light and more substantial breakfast boxes, and gourmet boxed lunches.
For the first time, the range also includes desserts on the go with treats like chocolate mousse, tiramisu, pannacotta, fruit salad and trifle on hand to satisfy those sweet afternoon cravings.
“In the past our sweet offering has been limited to our counter selection of cakes and cookies, but recently, customers have been asking for a greater range of desserts. Our Grab & Go concept allows us to meet this demand… and more!” says Jo.
You’ll find the new breakfast and lunch meals in the dedicated Grab & Go fridge, conveniently just inside the front door.
